Shipping Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping Methods

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
Enchant Brands is proud to offer free ground shipping for all orders shipped within the Contiguous US. We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost), USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days. 

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, 
US Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico):
Enchant Brands does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you
can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined
by the standard rates of your preferred carrier.

International Shipping:
Enchant Brands does not ship internationally. 

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary between carriers. Enchant Brands will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped vary by carrier.

Tracking Your Package

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.
