We do our best to satisfy your orders, but in rare occasions warehouse out of stocks can occur. If this happens, you’ll receive an e-mail from our team stating that the product was found to be out of stock. You will receive a refund for any out-of-stock items that will come back to the card that we have on file for that order.

Our ordering system is automated to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible and this is why, we are unable to edit or modify an order after it has been submitted.

Enchant Brands is proud to offer free ground shipping for all orders shipped within the Contiguous US. We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost), USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days.Â
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, 
US Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico):
Enchant Brands does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you

To return a product, it must be in its original condition that was received. Please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. We will provide you with an address where you can return the product.
3. Place the product in a safe box and mail it to us.
4. Refund will be initiated 5 to 7 business days after the product was received and inspected.

Subscribe & Save
To subscribe to a product, we recommend first creating an account so you can easily manage your subscriptions. While you are logged into your account shop the website as normal for your desired products.
Once you are ready to order, you will select the "subscribe & save" option on the product page, select your preferred frequency, select your preferred quantity, and then click add to cart. You can repeat this process for multiple products prior to completing check out.
After you complete the check out, you have officially placed your first subscription order and you will receive a couple confirmation emails! Your first subscription order will get processed and fulfilled by our warehouse. Your future recurring subscription orders will auto-ship at the frequency you selected and you can log into your account to manage your subscription.
