- The merchandise must be received by Enchant Brands within 30 days of your purchase; 
no returns will be accepted after this time period. 

- You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed
through the Site. 

- Consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through 
enchantbrands.com and the product is returned in the condition it was received.
To Return a Product, Follow These Steps:
*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your product + sales tax. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 
Please note that we do not provide a pre-paid shipping label.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
Damaged and Defective Items
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and within 7 business days of receiving it by emailing help@enchantbrands.com and a representative will assist you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
